"Bottom line: keep it honest"
Bottom line, I wouldn’t write a hygiene complaint about a real cafe unless I’d actually seen the issues myself. If I visited and noticed things like dirty tables, a sticky floor, or an unclean toilet, I’d mention that plainly. But I don’t think it’s right to make up cleanliness claims just for the sake of a review.

"Felt like I had to beg for basic help"
I went in with a few basic questions, but the staff seemed unsure and kept giving me confused answers. After a while it felt like I was begging just to get simple information, which left me feeling resentful about the whole experience

"Cold food, late delivery, and changing terms"
This was really disappointing. My waffle arrived cold, the delivery was late, and the takeaway bag was leaking all over the place. On top of that, it feels like the terms keep changing whenever there’s an issue, which just makes the whole experience even more frustrating. I was really hoping for better.

"A bit of a hassle and honestly avoidable"
I tried going to Creams Cafe, but getting there turned into more of a headache than I expected. The location just felt awkward to reach, especially if you’re not already familiar with the area.

Parking was frustrating, and the nearby stops didn’t feel that convenient either. I ended up wandering around longer than I wanted, and the route wasn’t very obvious, which made the whole thing feel avoidable.

Maybe it’s easier if you live nearby, but for me it wasn’t worth the effort. I left feeling put off and probably wouldn’t choose to go back.

"Charged the Wrong Amount"
My payment somehow went through twice, and I noticed it right away because the two charges were sitting there back-to-back in my bank app for the same exact amount. I’ve been waiting on the refund, but it still hasn’t shown up yet, which is frustrating.

"You never really know what you’re getting"
I’ve been to a few different Creams branches now, and it feels a bit hit or miss. One visit was perfectly fine, but another time the service was really slow and the desserts looked thrown together. It makes me a bit wary, like I don’t want to turn up expecting a nice treat and end up feeling fooled by the same name on the door. Just wish it was more consistent across branches.

I tried booking a table, but there didn’t seem to be anything available. I checked a few different times thinking maybe I was just missing something or doing it wrong, but no luck. It was a bit frustrating since I was only trying to plan a quick visit. In the end, I gave up and went somewhere else.

"Way too many steps just to get served"
It took forever to get served and the whole process felt like way more steps than it needed to be. I kept waiting, then having to ask again, then wait some more. Super frustrating experience and I don’t see myself going back.

I checked creamscafe.com before visiting because I have food allergies, and it gave me a bad first impression. The allergen and dietary info just didn’t feel clear or reliable enough for something that important.

I was trying to quickly figure out basic things like nuts, dairy, and gluten, but some items were too vague and I couldn’t tell what would actually be safe for me. That kind of info should be easy to find, not something you have to dig through and second-guess.

Maybe it’s fine if you don’t have allergies, but for me it was stressful before I’d even ordered anything. I ended up leaving it and not buying anything, because I didn’t feel confident. 1 star because they really need to sort this out...

"Seating just wasn’t comfortable for me"
I went in thinking it’d be a nice place to sit down and relax, but the chairs felt really hard and kind of awkward. Maybe I’m being picky, but I just couldn’t get comfortable. The tables also felt a little too close together, so I kept feeling cramped and ended up shifting around the whole time. The food might’ve been perfectly fine, but the seating kind of ruined the visit for me, and I found myself wanting to leave quickly.

I don’t think this was worth the money. The cream was fine, but nothing really stood out, especially for the price. The packaging looked nice, but that doesn’t make up for feeling like I overpaid. I also couldn’t shake the feeling that there were extra costs kind of baked in somewhere, because the total just didn’t match what I felt I was getting. I’ve used cheaper products that worked just as well, maybe even better. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I messaged them twice because they messed up my order, and both times they just ignored me like it wasn’t their problem. it’s ridiculous. They’re the ones who got it wrong, but I’m the one stuck chasing them for help. Really poor customer service

"Everything I Wanted Was Out of Stock"
I went on the site looking for a few creams I wanted to buy, but almost everything was out of stock. They still had the products showing like they were available, which felt unnecessary and just made the whole thing more annoying. I wasted time clicking around for nothing, so I probably won’t be coming back anytime soon.

"Pretty decent desserts overall"
We grabbed dessert here after dinner and I was in a good mood, so I was looking forward to something that felt a little treat-yourself. The flavors were fine, and the waffle itself was nice enough, but compared with the photos online, it didn’t quite have that same polished look.
The sauce was sort of spread all over the plate and the ice cream had already started melting when it came out, so it felt a bit quickly put together. Not a bad dessert by any means, just not as special-looking as I expected for the price.

"Opening hours need updating"
I checked the opening times on the Creams Cafe website before heading over, but when I got there it was closed. No sign on the door, no update online, nothing, so it ended up being a wasted trip.
To be fair, these things can happen, but it’s really frustrating when you’ve planned around the hours shown. Keeping opening times updated feels like the bare minimum. I probably wouldn’t make the effort to go again.

"Got my order wrong and never heard back"
They sent me the wrong stuff in my order, which was already frustrating enough. I reached out hoping they’d fix it, but there was no follow-up at all. Disappointing experience.
